This page is for removing mobile app login access only. It does not delete student records, fee history, or other data held by your school. Contact your school admin for school-record changes.
App access only — not school data
Removing app access stops your ability to log in to EduCruxAI Mobile. It does not delete student enrollment, fees, attendance, or other records in your school's admin system.
How to remove app access
In the EduCruxAI mobile app
FastestOpen Profile → Security → Delete Account. This immediately revokes your mobile app login only. Your parent profile and student records in the school system are not deleted.

Frequently asked questions
What is removed?
Only your EduCruxAI mobile app access: you can no longer sign in to the parent app, and push notifications for that login are stopped. This is app access deletion — not deletion of your school records.
What is not removed?
Student records, fee history, attendance data, and parent contact details in your school's admin system are not deleted. Your school continues to hold that information.
How do I remove school-held student or family data?
Contact your school administration directly. They manage enrollment records and can update or remove information according to school policy.
Can I use the app again later?
Yes. Your school administrator can re-enable mobile app access from the admin portal.
How long does a web request take?
We aim to revoke app access within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when mobile login has been disabled.
